Refund policy

We hope you love what you’ve ordered! But Just in case you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ve made the return process easy for you. All you need to know is your order number and zip code. Click on the URL to start your return:

You have 30 days to make a return. Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, free of deodorant marks, animal hair, or smells of fragrance or smoke. Tags must be attached.

Old Soul will not assume responsibility for any items lost, stolen or damaged during shipment. All claims for lost, stolen or damaged must be filed with the customers local carrier.

Any Final Sale items and vintage items are non-refundable. Returns will be processed within 3-7 business days of being received.
